He was predeceased by: his brother John; and his parents, Dr. Maurice L. Pepper and Ramona Slosburg Pepper. He is survived by: his siblings, Maurice Jr. and Sara Epstein; his wife Del Pepper; his son Murphy Pepper; his daughter-in-law Soo Pepper; and his grandchildren, Katherine (Katie), Judah, Elizabeth, Macsen and Mary.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home & Crematory (1500 W Braddock Rd, Alexandria, VA 22302).
