He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie; and his sisters, Constance Warner, Joyce Warner and Alsace Smith. He is survived by: his children, Byron F. Warner of San Francisco, CA, Angela C. Warner of Alexandria, VA and Erica T. Warner of Boston, MA; his sister Dorothy Benson of Coral Gables; and his nieces and nephews, Olivia Benson, Luis Benson and Lisa Warner.
