He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Erroll Michener and Esther Michener; his wife Olivia; his children, Robin, Cheryl and Todd; his grandchildren, Nick, Izzy and Preston; his sons, Jess, Nick, Izzy and Preston; his siblings, Jerry (Pat) and Mary (Audie); his nephews, Mike, Steve and Dave; and also Karen Kochersperger (Dayton).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Old Presbyterian Meeting House (323 S Fairfax St, Alexandria, VA 22314).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations to honor him be made to the Old Presbyterian Meeting House, 323 South Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 (opmh.org) or to research in Glioblastoma (gbmresearch.org) in his memory.
