She was predeceased by: her parents, Peditt Fitzgerald and Fronie Maddox; her former husband Robert Cash; and her children, Wayne, Joe and Donna.
She is survived by: her husband David Slaustas; her son-in-law Mike; her grandchildren, Angela (Terance), Amanda (Mel), Michael and Rhonda; her great grandchildren, Tasia, TJ, Armand, Aniyah, Ari, Mel Jr., Crissy, Lacy, Shelby, George, James and Colton; her siblings, Mac, Jimmy, Denver, Claudia, Julia, Betty and Livern; her great-nephew Shawn; and her great-nieces, Heather (Kyle) and Hailey (Josh). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
