It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Susan Peppers of Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. James F. Workman (U. S. Army) and Ellen Clyburn Workman; and her children, Rhonda, Josh, Jonathan and Carissa.

She is survived by: her daughter Leah.
