She was predeceased by: her parents, May Hicks and Orbin Hicks; and her husband Oden R. Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Rex Phillips of Portland Oregon and Richard Phillips. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer or Dementia research charities are suggested.
