He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard W. Thacker and Helen D. Thacker; and his brother Nelson Thacker. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Holmes (Maurice) of Alexandria, Melanie Estep of Hurricane and John of Hurricane; his daughter Melissa; his grandsons, Cole Shull (Lindsey) of Milton, Caleb Shull of Barboursville, Andrew Shull of Milton and Brigham Shull; and also Kevin Shull of Milton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
