She was predeceased by: her father Mack W. Wright. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn D. Wright; her husband Frederick F. Sullivan; her son Phillip N. Sullivan; her brother John F. Wright; her nephew Mark W. Wright; her niece Sophia Wright; and her great-nephew Liam C. Wright.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Donna's memory to the American Lung Association.
