He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Baldwin and Sabra R. Baldwin; and his son Winston M. Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Joan Bolling Baldwin (Jody); his children, Alan H. Baldwin and Elizabeth B. Chryst; and his daughter-in-law Kate E. Baldwin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
