He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rogan and Ann Smith Rogan; and his sibling Francis M. Rogan (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Rogan; his children, Donald Rogan Jr. (Joy) of Melbourne, FL, Christine Letsen (John) of Dumfries, VA and Sheri Rogan of Melbourne, FL; his sister Patricia Donnelly (John); and his grandchildren, Jason and Jordan Letsen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
