He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V. Evans and Virginia Michael Evans. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Evans of Alexandria, VA and Patrick Evans of Alexandria, VA; his fiancé Isabel Salaverria of Arden; the mother of his children Patricia Doherty Evans of Alexandria, VA; his partner's daughter Lorena Miller of Arden; his siblings, Alison Evans Johnson, Amanda Evans Sloan and Miles Evans; his friend Kathy O'Rourke; and also Felipe Cordero. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
