It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Chappell (Alexandria, Virginia), born in Henderson, Nevada, who passed away on January 16, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Chappell and Margaret Chappell; his stepmother Lucille Chappell; and his stepbrother James Earl Williams. He is survived by: his son Glenn Chappell of Alexandria; and his sister JoAnn Kohl of Sumter. He is also survived by half brothers and sisters; and four nieces.
