She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eugene and Georgia Pearl Zirkle (Williams); and her son Charles Robert Casto (Robbie). She is survived by: her siblings, Judy M. Fox and Thomas E. Zirkle, Jr.; her godchildren, Matthew Watson and Mariah Beery; and her pet Chase. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
The family request everyone attending use masks and social distancing take place at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Charlot would have appreciated donations for breast cancer research at the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
