It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Dymphna Lester (Alexandria, Virginia), who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin F. Lester and Rosa Lee Lester; and her siblings, Benjamin Jr., Herman Lester and Lelia Ann Wayland. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
Carol's wish was that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Fredericksburg SPCA.
