He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Malkin and Reba Malkin. He is survived by: his wife Joanne R. Malkin; his daughters, Deborah Joy Block and Jennifer Malkin-McDade; his grandchild Kaya Soul Malkin-McDade; and his former spouse Dohne Benson. He is also survived by his family and many local and lifelong friends.
