She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Holden and Ruth Holden; and her brothers, Henry, Billy and Richard Holden.
She is survived by: her husband Bernie; her children, Mona Lisa Monsma (Michael), Lora Lee Fowler, Betty and Bernier Fowler Jr. (Rose); her grandchildren, Steve Forrester Jr. (Monica), Karla Osburn (Richard), Kristi Wood, Ryan Forrester, Stacy Davidson (Greg), Lauren Fowler, Cody Fowler and Hailey Fowler; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Osburn, Alex Osburn, Rebecca Forrester, Steve Forrester III, Seth Forrester, Carter Dailey and Avalee Davidson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Betty's final request was that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Calvert Hospice or Farming 4 Hunger to help people in need.
