She was predeceased by: her husband William Preston Blair, Jr.; her parents, Charles A. Mabrey and Edith Lyle Sands Mabrey; her sisters, Jane Edwards and Nancy Collier; and her grandson William Preston Blair, IV.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Lee Blair (Zora Flynn) of Chesterfield, VA, William Preston Blair, III of Alexandria, VA and Thomas Allen Blair of Alexandria, VA; and her siblings, Charles Ray Mabrey (Sylvia) of Yuma, AZ., Charlotte Skahan of Holly Springs, NC. and Sue Tamer of Wise, VA.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, her sons and grandchildren and great-grandchildren and rarely.
