It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Lee Simmons (Alexandria, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Al Simmons; and her siblings, Anna Snider and William Snider. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Simmons and Cindy Thomas (Dennis); her granddaughters, Sarah and Hannah Thomas; and her niece Susan Snider.
