He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Aubin Higgins of Earlington, Kentucky. and Thelma Hibbs Higgins of Earlington, Kentucky.; his wife Theresa Davis Higgins of Earlington; his daughter Amy Higgins (Mike Simpson); his grandsons, Gabriel and Nolan Simpson of Atlanta, Georgia; his brother Lexis Higgins (Vicky); and his nieces and nephews, Nathan, Benjamin and Abby of Fort Garland, Colorado..
