It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Collins Chadwick of Alexandria, Virginia, born in Starkville, Mississippi, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas W. Chadwick; her parents, Wendell Kingsley and Emma Kingsley; and her grandson Ryan Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Collins Cook (Rodney) and Janet Collins Patterson (Don); her siblings, Russell Kingsley (Sylvia) and Nancy Decker (Jerome); her grandchildren, Mark Patterson (Cynthia), Kelly Agudelo (Brian), Josh Cook (Allison), Brad Cook and Kate Goodman; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Hannah, Bailey, Graham, Noelle, Levi, Knox, Silas, Luciana, Vincent, Dominic and Julietta; and her stepchildren, Alice Goodman (John), Thomas Chadwick, Jr. (Diana) and Carlton Chadwick (Reyshell). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
