He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hull and Virginia [Burns] Hull. He is survived by: his cousins, Caroline [McMeekin] Daggitt of Bethesda and John McMeekin of Northville, Michigan.; his family, Robert'Bob', Rosalind Bovey, David Markov, Jason Dechant, Theresa, Tiki Mitchell and James'Jim'Fleury of Virginia; and his friend Peter Mather of Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Andy assisting currently serving servicemembers and wounded veterans through the United Service Organization (USO) [https://secure.uso.org] and Wounded Warrior Project [https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org], both organizations Andy supported throughout his life.
