He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilmot Whitney, Jr. and Margaret Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Whitney; his children, John A. Whitney, Jr. of New Mexico, Vittoria Bush (Mark) of Holliston, MA, Richard and Archieâ; his sister Nancy Berglund of North Boro, MA; and his grandchildren, John, Frances Bush, Isabella and Benjamin Catalfamo.
John, 79, died in Aldie, Virginia due to complications from Alzheimer’s disease.
