He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kingsley Hill and Frances Koontz Hill. He is survived by: his wife Judith (Towery); and his daughters, Karen Sullivan (John) of Bluefield, WV and Alison Paris (Josh) of Aldie, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
