He was predeceased by: his son Brian. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette J. Herndon; and his children, Keith Herndon, Vicki Chase, Cymri Herndon, Joshua Herndon and Eric Herndon. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
