He is survived by: his wife Alberta E. Black; his children, Anthony L. Black (Iris) of Charles City, VA, Regina B. Harris (Tony) of Charles City, VA and Darren L. Black of Charles City, VA; his siblings, Helen Braxton (William) of Charles City, VA, Ann Williams (Randolph) of Charles City, VA and Kenneth Black (Cherri); his sisters-in-law, Emma Black and Lillian Black; his grandchildren, Sheron C. Black, Toni L. Harris, Allen M. Black, Antonio L. Harris, Anthony L. Black, Jr. and Jearice K. Black; his great grandchild Harmony M. Robertson; his grandchildren, Dorien and Dalen Tyler; and his friend Peggy Craddock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Roy retired after 37 years of service from Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as a Master Basket Weaver.
