He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxie M. Daniel, Sr. and Phyllis Ann Bishop Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Diane Brewer Daniel; and his sisters, Attilia "Jodie" Allen (Hosea) of Victoria and Donna Rogers (Hugh) of McKenney.
