With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Lee Armstrong of Afton, Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Eli and Hannah Hupman Armstrong; and his siblings, Ella Mae Armstrong, Lucy Rittenhouse, Nellie McConchie, Katie Shiflett, John E. Armstrong and Charles L. Armstrong.

He is survived by: his sister Mary Hicks (Shirley) of Richmond; and his friends, Karen and Bill Merrill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions masks are required for the service and guests will be asked to be socially distant.
