He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred A. Parker, Sr. and Virginia Harmon Parker; his sister Pauline Parker; and also Marlene Brown. He is survived by: his son William Edward Thomas, II; his siblings, Geraldine Parker, Evangelist Elmira Marie Marshall (Frank) of Richmond, VA, Cecil Parker (Hester) of Parksley, VA and Elder Winfred A. Parker, Jr. (Minister Gloria) of Makemie Park, VA; his aunt Bessie Smith of Pocomoke City, MD; and his uncle Johnny Parker of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
