He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Smith and Mamie Warren; and his siblings, Rose Francis, Richard White, Willie Lee Warren and Carl Warren.
He is survived by: his spouse Carlette Custis (Co-Ed Softball); his children, Courtney Fields, Jasmine Davis (Forrest), Itiana Collins, Tina Custis and Ry'Ricka Custis (Holly); his grandchildren, Knowledge Kelley and Fam'Quise Davis; his stepchildren, Carlos Custis (Lyniqua) and Katrina Satchell (Michael); and his siblings, James Warren and Darlene Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jerleane's Funeral Service (24497 Mary N Smith Rd, Accomac, VA 23301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
