William Kyle Reed Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2024, at the age of 93, William Kyle Reed of Abingdon, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Kyle Reed to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David William Reed and Nellie Glen Ramsey Reed; his wife Sarah Elizabeth Reed; his son Gregory C. Reed; and his siblings, James R. Reed, David C. Reed and Dorothy Katherine Hagy.

He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine R. Johnson (Mac) and Deborah R. Clark (Randy); his daughter-in-law Connie Reed; his grandchildren, Heidi Budwash (Mike), Mathew Clark (Jevona), Heather Higginbotham (G. R.), William Johnson, Lauralee Ireland (Mike), Jenner Johnson and Charles David "Corey" Johnson (Kelsey); and his great grandchildren, Haley, Darius, Michaela, Ilissah, Isaiah, Kendall, Sadie, Stella, Basil and Morgan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's, the Gideon's, or the Bethel Church Cemetery Fund.
