He is survived by: his wife Shelia Thomas; his daughters, Peggy Parker (Chad) and Hope Hockett; his grandchildren, Adam Byington (Julia), Amber Cook (Joe) and Kenny Hockett; his great grandchildren, Abbigail Byington, Wyatt Cook and Waverly Cook; and his nephew Jody Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
