He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughters, Lizbeth Phillips (Curt) and Lianna; and his siblings, Jerry Bailey (Wilma), Raymond Bailey, Mary Mitchell and Annie Childress. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
