He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Estil Mullins and Opal Fern Sauls Mullins; and his brother Gary Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Barnes Mullins; his children, Lisa Mullins, Terisa Mullins Gobble (Brad), Bryan Mullins (Angela Cramer) and Rebecca Mullins Helms (Todd); his sister Jane Dixon; his grandchildren, Sean Devlin, Sarah McConnell (Matt), Denise Gobble, Jennifer Tignor (Steven), Bridget Helms and Reagan Helms; and his great grandchildren, Mataya, Ezra, Atticus, Liam, Carther and Maverick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
