He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Harrison Bailey and Edna Smith Bailey. He is survived by: his sons, David Bruce Bailey (Leslie), Roger Dale Bailey (Ruth Ann) and James Daniel Bailey (Marti). He is also survived by grandchildren; and two very precious great-grandchildren.
A reception was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Frost Funeral Home Chapel (250 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210).
