He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blevins and Cora Blevins; his brothers, Bud, Lowel and Willis Blevins; his spouse Brook Ellen Blevins; his children, Patty Pasco and RJ Pasco (Beth); his grandchildren, Olivia Zier, Levi Wise and Jett Pasco; and his siblings-in-law, Randy, Joanne Myers and Chris Anderson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pauline Anderson and Joel Blevins; his nieces and nephews, Ricky and Jerry Anderson; his pet Tucker Blevins; and his extended family, Brad Blevins, Chad Blevins, Rosemary Blevins, Robin, Michael Cozart, Roger Blevins, Angie Blevins, Kevin Blevins, Charlie Wise, Brandon Wise, Ethan Reynolds, Stephanie, Aubrey and Lucus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pleasant View Methodist Church (101 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Washington County Animal Shelter in Rocky's memory, as he had a great love for animals.
