He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Sr. Phillips and Noami S. Phillips; his grandparents, Charles, Nina Phillips, Ike and Mayme Sturgill; his sister Patricia Ann Phillips; and his father-in-law Carrol Blevins Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Karen Blevins Phillips of Bristol, Virginia; his children, Saybrah Phillips of Dallas, Texas and Jordan Blevins (Jessica) of Marion, Virginia; his stepson Dakota Sexton; his brother Dwight (Charlotte Phillips) of Konnarock, Virginia; his stepgranddaughter Taylor; his great-nephews, Jayme Phillips and Tyler Phillips; and his great-niece Emma Grace Phillips.
A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Frost Funeral Home (250 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Frost Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
