She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Shew and Eula Shew; her husband John Belcher Sr.; and her son John Belcher Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Ava Bowman (Rick) of Eagle River, Edna Bowman (Glen) of Blountville and Donna Fox of Abingdon, Virginia; and her daughter-in-law Coleen Belcher of Gray, Tennessee. She is also survived by grandchildren; and eight precious great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Farris Cremation & Funeral Center – Forest Hills Chapel (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Forest Hills Memory Gardens (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210).
