It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ruth Ramsey of Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Graham "Bob" Fields and Pallace Hess Fields; her husband John Thomas Ramsey; her daughter Tonya Denise Ramsey; her siblings, Virginia Dare Fields, Toby Leonard Fields and Roger Lee Fields; her grandchildren, Heather Dawn Ramsey, Revonda Ruth Cottrell and Brian Todd Collins; and her great grandchild Logan Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Joyce Collins of Harlan, Patricia Ann Dye (Kenneth) of Richlands, Virginia Johnnie Ruth Pope (Don) of Harlan, Cathy Alice Ratliffe of Abingdon and Michael Thomas Ramsey (Virginia) of Abingdon. She is also survived by Ten Grandchildren and Twenty-Three Great Grandchildren, and Twenty Great-Great Grandchildren.
