She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lee and Rosa Neal Lewis; her siblings, Charlene Byars, Ann Gobble, Ruby Roark, Dennis Campbell and Marvin Campbell; her husband Wiliam "Bill" Haworth, Sr.; and her son William "Billy" Haworth, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela "Pam" Minnick (Don); her grandchildren, Kelsee Rawson (Brayden), Laken Minnick and Dalton Minnick; her great grandchild Sutton Rose Rawson; and her brothers, David Lewis and Edward Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
