With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mandy Ellen Fleenor Hearl (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Fleenor and Mary Cox Fleenor; her husband B. T. Hearl; her siblings, Maxie Leanord, Cleason Fleenor, J. W. Fleenor, Charles Fleenor Sr. (Pete), Robert H. Fleenor and Jackie W. Fleenor; and her close friend Ella Nora Carmony.
She is survived by: her son Billy Hearl (Tammy); her brothers, Kyle (Debbie Fleenor) and Curtis (Chris Fleenor); her stepgrandchildren, Morgan Witt, Blake Witt (Savanna) and Erica Lawson; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Callie Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Frost Funeral Home (250 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 6:30 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Frost Funeral Home & Cremation Services (250 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210).
