She was predeceased by: her father Jackson; her siblings, James Stiltner, Ray Stiltner, Ervin Stiltner, Kermit Stiltner and Christine Chick; her husband Franklin Dickey; and her daughter Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her son William Dickey; her caregivers, Angie Counts (Rocky), Patty Lester (Johnny), David Dickey (Maranda), Chris Dickey (Andrea) and Chad Dickey (Hope); and her brother Daniel Stiltner. She is also survived by siblings, 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
