She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Salyers (Sal); her children, Deneim Salyers Brown (Jeff), Mark Salyers and Jill Salyers Fields; her grandchildren, Sarah Munoz (David), Berkley Fields, Allison Brown (Joel Mabanza), Tyler Fields, Ryan Brown and Madilyn Fields; and her great grandchildren, Leo Munoz and Stella Mabanza.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (13 Heritage Dr, Bristol, VA 24201). A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084).
