He is survived by: his sister Shirley Lowe; his close friend Max; his children, Brigetta Blackwell, Venus Lowery, Shelly Stacey, Tara Mabe, John "Jay" Stacey, William Blackwell and Brad Roberts; his grandchildren, Vanity, Logan (Kati), Cadance and Leah; his great grandchildren, Madilyn and Zoey; and also, Ethel Caudill, Angie Martin, Dee Dee Taylor, Eric Taylor and Kay Testerment. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Main Street Chapel-Farris Funeral Service (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Methodist Cemetery (20241 Green Spring Rd, Abingdon, VA 24211).
