She was predeceased by: her parents, Huston Kimberline and Ethel May Alexander; her former husband Ira Caudill; her son Daniel''Boonie'' Caudill; and her brother Thomas Kimberline.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Church; and her children, Ivan Virgil Caudill, Sherry Caudill LaMacchia (Anthony), Judy Wakefield and Anna Guinn (Bill).
