He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry, Sr. and Gloria Moulse; and his aunt Stephanie Duncan. He is survived by: his father Jason Duncan (Shelley); his brother Jared Moulse (Kara Proffitt); his stepbrothers, Devon Wade and Grant Walker; his grandparents, Gina Duncan and Steve Duncan (Terry); his uncle Lee Moulse (Kim); and his aunts, Emily Duncan and Savannah Duncan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Main Street Chapel (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mount Moriah Church, 1571 Valley Drive, Bristol, TN 37620, in Isaac's name.
