He is survived by: his wife Doris Sexton; his mother-in-law Gay Childers; his children, LaVonne Newton (Roy), Lisa Stine (Paul), Lynn Sneed (Jeff) and James Sexton; his sister-in-law Peggy Pippin (Roy); and his grandchildren, Josh Trent, Whitney Playl, Cory Hinchey, Terra Sexton, Alychia Sexton, Sean Sneed and Megan Myers. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Washington County Life Saving Crew.
