He is survived by: his wife Mildred Joyce Bryan Lewis; his children, Cheryl Paige Lewis Blair and Rodney Preston Lewis (Adele); his grandchildren, Caroline Cabell "Callie" Lewis, Quinlan Evelyn Lewis, Preston Montgomery Lewis, Sheryl Sophia Blair and Mariah Paige Blair; his children, Beverly Garland Baker (Carter), Karter Beth Baker Grimm (Matt), Gracie Violet Baker Davenport (Brent), Ava Kate Grimm and Baker Lynn Davenport; and his nieces and nephews, Vickie Lewis Sigmon, Tony Lewis (Anita), Terry Lewis, Alan Lewis (Sherry), Joe Holmes (Wanda) and Phillip Holmes (Anita).
