She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Fleming and Kelsie Fleming; her husband John Dallas; her siblings, Ted Fleming, Phyllis Bise and Nora Fleming; and her stepmother Virgie Fleming.
She is survived by: her sons, John Norris (Andrew) of Bristol, VA, Kyle Norris (Misty) of Abingdon and Brett Norris of Abingdon; her grandchildren, Ashley Norris (Ronny Laver) of Midlothian, Chelsey Vance (Heath) of Abingdon and Hunter Norris of Abingdon; her great grandchildren, Isaac, Addilyn, Madelynn, John Carter, Holston and Mila; her brother Tollie Fleming of Clintwood; her sister-in-law Amelia Dallas of Eden, NC; and her close friends, Rhonda Poole and Sandra Marshall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
