He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Tolliver and Pansy Hearl Tolliver. He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Lilly (Thomas), Allyson Tolliver and Sara Tolliver; and his grandchildren, Sarah Lilly, Hannah Lilly, Nathan Maroney, Bryson Tolliver, Kaydee Austin and Jared Miller.
