She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wolfe and Gertrude Wolfe; and her husband Charles Tate. She is survived by: her children, Linda, Rosa, Lonnie (Sue) and Chris (Maxine); and her siblings, Eula Tolbert (Ed), Earl Wolfe, Ralph Wolfe and Troy Wolfe (Ruth). She is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frost Funeral Home Chapel (250 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Hills Memory Gardens (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210).
